In the traditional Philharmonia Orchestra concert at Pitäjänkirkko, the journey leads from darkness into light. This German classical programme features Brahms’s Four Serious Songs, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1, and Schumann’s Symphony No. 2. The soloist is baritone Arttu Kataja, who grew up in Mikkeli.
