Are you interested in events, theater, and music? Looking for free training to support your job search? Want to meet great people and find a community? Feeling bored?

Workers' Stage Festival and Mikkeli Music Festival invite you to be part of organizing events in Mikkeli. We offer training, hands-on experience, and an amazing group of people to work with.

At the events, you can:

• Help with organizing concerts during the festival week and in smaller events during the summer
• Manage social media and update websites
• Assist with ticket sales, program sales and cloakroom services
• Drive performers (transportation)
• Take care of the performers in accommodation and concert backstage
• Check tickets and ensure a smooth audience experience
• Act as a harassment contact person
• Use your creativity with the program the Lord of the Rings day on 9th of August
• And much more!

Upcoming training sessions in spring 2025. Unfortunately all the sessions will be in Finnish.
We plan the training together, but these are already confirmed:

• Basic security officer training
• Emergency first aid course
• Social media training
• Event production training
• Harassment contact person training

Training is optional – you can also volunteer directly at events:
