Saimaa Sinfonietta brings together the string players of the Mikkeli City Orchestra and the Lappeenranta City Orchestra. With the Saimaa Sinfonietta, the combination of orchestras performs several times a year under the baton of artistic director Erkki Lasonpalo and guest conductors.
