Soprano Emma Kajander made her debute at Finnish National Opera autum 2024 as Christine Daaé in Andrew Lloyd Webbers Phantom of the Opera. Season 2025-2026 she is performes in the Royal Swedish Opera and Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra. 

Kajander won Lappeenranta voice competition in 2025. She has also won Havets Röst -competition in 2023 and was given a second place in Kangasniemi voice competition in 2024. She got Martti Talvela -foundations stipendum in 2024. 

Kajander studies in Sibelius Academy in Outi Kähkönens class. She also studies singing as a student of Irina Gavrilovic and has attented for example Karita Mattilas and Camilla Nylunds masterclasses.
