Pianist Ari Helander (b. 1959) graduated Master of Music from Sibelius Academy solistic program. He has held music lectures over 15 years combining storytelling, music and pictures. He is particulally interrested in composers and musicians personal lives and how the political and social zeitgeist has effected them.

Helander has held over 50 lectures, all about different subjects. He has lectured for example about composers among Russian revolution, jewish composers in the mercy of Hitler and women overshadowd by their composer spouses.
